MENTORING
A good mentor is listening, guiding, helping, suggesting other ways of doing things and bringing experience to the conversation.
As an ILM and Help2Grow accredited mentor Richard with over 25 years business experience can be a soundboard, a confidant, who offers support, feedback and who challenges empathetically to help the mentee find their own answers through clever questioning.
